I graduated Cum Laude from Western New England University in 2022, earning my Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a Sport Management major and Marketing minor. A self-taught entrepreneur at the age of 13, I have ran my own social media business called Kagno Sports Cards; an account to buy and sell sports cards and memorabilia on the global scale since 2013. From 2019-2022, I worked with the Cape Cod Baseball League as a Social Media/Marketing & Journalism Intern and their Senior Writer. In addition, I worked with the Hartford Yard Goats as an Event & Stadium Operations Assistant during my last college semester at Dunkin Donuts Park. In 2022, I was a player evaluator for Prospects Live in the spring and was a Cape Cod Video Scout for Synergy Sports and Data Collection Intern for Blast Motion that summer. In 2023, I worked as a Baseball Systems Operator for Hawk-Eye Innovations in Atlanta, GA. Most recently, I was the Director of Baseball Operations & Analytics at Keystone College (D3) and the Brewster Whitecaps (CCBL) while working as an Associate Scout with the Cleveland Guardians.
I possess a vast knowledge for all things sports, which I use to excel at writing, scouting/player evaluation, and my own business. I work well under pressure and can produce high-quality work in short periods of time. I have strong communication skills and work well with a wide variety of people.
I am looking for a full-time or seasonal Baseball Ops/Scouting/Video Tech role at a D1 school or in the MLB. I want to align myself with a team I believe in and where I can be a valuable piece to the roster. I am always looking to learn more and am open to relocation.
